MediStays (MediStays Aust Pty Ltd ACN 632 266 267) is an accommodation website for people on a health or disability journey, their families, carers and referrers. This Privacy Policy governs the way MediStays collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.medistays.com.au website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by MediStays.

MediStays is committed to providing quality services to you. This policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.   • Digital service providers including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft 365, PandaDoc, Mailchimp, GP Solutions, Stripe, Xero and Monday.com.
  • Health service providers including government agencies (eg NDIS) and departments (eg PATS), medical clinics and charitable organisations.
  • Government and law enforcement agencies when we are required to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
