To achieve the objectives of this role, we know you will develop and execute a values driven marketing strategy. The strategy will be creative, iterative and compelling to ultimately help people with a health diagnosis or disability find the right accommodation.


Key Accountabilities

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Your thorough research and analysis of the accommodation needs of health, medical and disability organisations will identify key trends, behaviours and opportunities to grow MediStays presence and impact across these distinct segments.
  • You will apply findings of your research, creating a data framework, which is used to develop growth marketing strategies to ensure MediStays are best meeting the needs of our community and their accommodation needs.

Marketing Planning

  • With your deep insights into the needs of MediStays community, you will develop and activate growth marketing strategies for users and referrers of disability, health and medical care accommodation.
  • You are accountable for launching and scaling new solutions through successful go to market plans and customer lifecycle development (acquisition and retention).
  • You will own customer retention, database and email revenue targets to drive growth.
  • Drawing on your experience, you will define and execute the CRM strategy to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle to maximise retention and profitability.
  • You will dive deep into customer data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for personalised marketing campaigns.
  • With your knowledge and experience, you will provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption of emerging technology and media channels.

Execution and Analysis

  • You will build out and execute new and existing channels, continuously testing, measuring and optimising those channels to deliver maximum return against defined objectives.
  • You will outline core metrics that drive customer spend with detailed inputs and outputs. These will include margin contribution, retention and brand.
  • You are accountable for managing digital marketing budgets and providing insights into forecasted growth and revenue.
  • You will utilise insights gained to promptly implement robust and sustainable business and market growth.
  • In this role, you will develop and implement growth frameworks for increasing and streamlining referrals to our Care Navigators to support more guests with accommodation when they need it most and increase bookings with our valued accommodation providers.
  • You will collaborate with our Managing Director and relevant team members to create targeted campaigns and materials that convert and build loyalty within our community of guests, providers and referrers.
  • You will provide regular reports on your activities, including market trends, partnership opportunities, competitor analysis and the growth of MediStays segments.

Your Experience and Qualifications

This role is offered as a permanent role. The successful candidate will work five days per week, in a hybrid working environment from our office and home. You will have:

  • Proven experience of five or more years in growth marketing.
  • Minimum bachelor level qualifications in marketing, arts or related degree.
  • Proven understanding of digital marketing metrics and outcome measurement.
  • Digital Performance Marketing skills honed to drive acquisition and growth.
  • In depth knowledge and certifications in digital platforms, including Google Ads and Analytics.
  • Excellent data analytics skills with the ability to analyse and present data.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level organisational and time management skills including the ability to effectively coordinate multiple concurrent projects.

The digital platforms we use include Microsoft (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Monday.com, Panda, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics and Meta.

We will provide you with a laptop computer and additional monitor.
