This event provides an array of opportunities including the ability to engage with others, enjoy delicious food from food vendors and explore many handmade pieces.
- Dates: Saturday 29th June and Sunday 30th June
- Please request your preferred room and discuss dates with us.
- Additional activies and outings can also be added to your respite package.
- Bookings are also available either side of the event if you wish to stay longer.
There is so much to offer at the expo including support services, education and medical and health products and services.

General Description
MediStays wheelchair accessible NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA). If you need wheelchair accessible accommodation for a short break related to your disability, MediStays STA is an excellent option.
MediStays provides you with trusted and secure accommodation at this fully self-contained property. The entire property is wheelchair accessible, with lift access to your apartment. The bathroom is a roll-in style with an open plan, roll-in shower. Simply arrive with your personal items, and we provide a private, peaceful and fully furnished place to stay.
If you need assistive technology, please inform us of your individual requirements. We will assist you to ensure everything is in place and ready for your arrival.
Keen to increase your independence and engage in community? This private property is fitted out with a full kitchen* and laundry. You can bring your own groceries or enjoy meals onsite to try living independently.
NDIS STA is perfect if you are needing to live out of home for a short period. MediStays provides you with trusted accommodation, giving you a chance to try new things. You can book this accommodation to give your informal supports a break, or you can stay together. At MediStays, we provide flexibility for you to arrange informal or formal supports to meet your individual needs.

Under the NDIS Guidelines, your MediStays STA can be booked for your chosen length of stay. Funding may be used from your Core Budget if it helps you to achieve your goals. For questions about your funding and approval, please contact your NDIS Support Coordinator, LAC or Early Childhood Planner.
