We are delighted to receive your MTA enquiry.

Our Care Navigators are pleased to assist with your NDIS Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) needs.

To ensure the best MTA booking experience for you and your participant, we will guide you through our process to make it as seamless as possible.

Now that we have your request, we will follow four simple steps:


We will review your request and contact you if we need extra information to recommend the best options.


We will email you a quotation that outlines the proposed accommodation arrangement and costs. Please monitor your inbox for an email from PandaDoc, our digital quote platform.

Service Agreement

When you accept our quotation, we will send you a Service Agreement. The Service Agreement describes the terms of your stay, ensuring complete transparency.

Booking Confirmation

The final step! Once you have signed the Service Agreement and we have confirmed your funding, we will book your MTA. We will also arrange details of equipment deliveries at this time.

Questions from our community

Yes, once your Service Agreement is signed, we will contact your plan manager to confirm funding availability. We give you peace of mind and manage all invoicing on your behalf. 

Almost every property on the MediStays website can be booked for NDIS Short Term Accommodation, if it meets your individual requirements and plan goals.

Yes, if the property is vacant, we will be delighted to arrange an in-person or virtual inspection. If your participant is in hospital a virtual inspection can help involve them in the process. If the property is occupied, we will send detailed photos. 

Not usually. This will depend on the property you have selected. Some providers charge a bond to cover any accidental costs such as property damage. If a bond is charged, you will be fully informed in your MediStays quotation.   

Once your service agreement is signed and funds confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation with the property address and details. 

Yes, a comprehensive accessibility report has been undertaken for most MediStays MTA Properties. Please ask us for further information.
