We will review your request within 3 hours and contact you if we need extra information to recommend the best options.
We will email you a quotation that outlines the proposed accommodation arrangement and costs. Please monitor your inbox for an email from PandaDoc, our digital quote platform.
When you accept our quotation, we will send you a Service Agreement. The Service Agreement describes the terms of your stay, ensuring complete transparency.
The final step! Once you have signed the Service Agreement and we have confirmed your funding, we will book your STA. *During office hours.

Yes, once your Service Agreement is signed, we will contact your plan manager to confirm funding availability. We give you peace of mind and manage all invoicing on your behalf.
Almost every property on the MediStays website can be booked for NDIS Short Term Accommodation, if it meets your individual requirements and plan goals.
Not usually. This will depend on the property you have selected. Some providers charge a bond to cover any accidental costs such as property damage. If a bond is charged, you will be fully informed in your MediStays quotation.
Once your service agreement is signed and funds confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation with the property address and details.
Up to 28 nights STA can usually be booked per plan year and up to 14 nights per booking.
